Headed out to Twin Brooks Park Wednesday afternoon. Haven't been there in a while so wanted to check on things. Got there around 2pm and started off at the upper part of the second pond on the right.

Never got into anything at that pond in all areas no matter what I threw.

Went over to the pond with the gazebo which was very muddy. Nothing there.

Saw bluegills stacked at the main pond by the bridge and a few small largemouths swimming around there. Threw a number of crankbaits but nothing.

Hit the island and nothing. Caught a 13" pickerel on a glass minnow Husky Jerk HJ-8 at the cove by the island.

Nothing at the main cove of the main pond.

The cove where 2 brooks feed into at the larger pond was taken by a fisherman so I headed down to the southern end of that pond. Caught a nice 17" pickerel just under 2 pounds. Was pulling like a 4 pound largemouth.

Later I hit the road to grab some water and a bite to eat before hitting the Pequonnock.
