So tomorrow I might be going to Wharton Brook State Park in Wallingford, CT. Is it good fishing? What should I use? Question

Use Marshmallow and meal worm on the beach, and or use a fly rod with some floating flys, or use a Mepps spinner or rooster tail, i always go with the marshmallow and meal
