				| I fished the entire flood tide Saturday night at Bartletts, Sluiceway, Little Gull, and the Race. I drifted eels. I caught nothing, hence the moving around. I stink this year and I'm tired of $4.50 per gallon of gas to get nothing. I'm going freshwater as a break from my crappy saltwater season.
I must be out of the know because there were not that many boats out for a Saturday night with good weather.

				| LIS this year had sucked compared to the last few seasons and fishing in eastern RI and Mass this year. My fish per $$$ of fuel ratio is pathetic. Down in Va hoping to change my luck, but a front is moving in tonight _________________

				| It seems that the striper population is on a slow downward trend. My LIS memory only goes to 1998. You can always find schoolies or other bass 10 years ago. I'm working harder and harder for much less fish. | |
