They are stocked into several lakes in the state,...and of course they're in the CT River. I've caught them in Beach and Gardner,..so I know those two for sure. I think that a few of your western CT lakes have them too but I don't know which ones offhand! The state's CT Anglers Guide should list them.
I'm no expert,..but I think that during the day they usually like to pull out to deeper water and then move up into the shallows to feed more at night! I only caught them by mistake while fishing for bass!

Mashapaug has them as well ...last tournie 2 keepers were caught & like Mark said Beach Pond has them....I had a shrt yesterday on a crankbait & another guy in my club caught 2 on a tube 1 was a keeper...The limit on Beach is 2 per day & they have to be 18 inches...

Gardner, Lake Housatonic, Squantz Pond and Saltonstal also have them.

Ive only caught a few, and they were at Squantz Pond durring the night.

Ive gone a couple time looking for them, but ended up getting bored and going for LMB

Coventry lake also has Walleye. They used to be stocked in Rogers as well, but were not doing well, so the DEP stopped putting them in there. I believe there are still a few in Rogers though.
