I have an 8', 1-piece St. Croix Avid surf blank that I bought with hopes of making a custom rod. I don't have time to make rods so I'm selling this blank at almost 2/3's off the retail price.
$50
It's very light and seems perfect for braid as it has a fast tip soft enough to absorb some shock.

Do you have any idea what the action ratings are? ie. MH Fast action etc.

Specs are the same as the 8' Avid factory surf rod. BTW, this blank sells new, in stores for about $145. Mine is new and a third that price.
