Just wanted to let you all know of my very positive experience with Abu Garcia customer support.

Recently the one of the ceramic guides popped out of my rod that I’ve had for a little over a year. I contacted Abu Garcia customer support over e-mail with pictures of the damage. The next day they e-mailed me back stating they approved a replacement and to call in referencing the case to provide shipping payment.

I was happy to find out I did NOT have to ship my broken rod back to them, just pay the $10 shipping and processing fee. After providing them with payment details I had my rod on my front door 4 business days later. To top it all off they ended up sending me a better higher end rod as a replacement.

Really happy to find a company who provides great customer support.
