I think it was pretty much a given that the guy who sat himself in the bar for hours was drunk at the wheel...we just needed a 300+ page report to verify it.

But everyone at c-wood is so damn quick to scream about bass fisherman and "their fast boats". The fact is i would take almost any bass boat driver at 60 plus mph as being safer than most "pleasure boaters" who usually have alcohol onboard,no boaters license and not enough pfd's..not to mention time on the water..no contest!
