Previous High Scores:
Last tourney: Winner/KeithT, Runnerup/CTFishTalk, Lunker/KeithT
Season-Best Total: KeithT / 61"
Season-Best Lunker: KeithT / 22" (4.54lbs)

Rules:
1) You can count fish for any continuous stretch (up to 8 hours max.) on either weekend day. You can fish both days,..but only 1 day counts (no combining results..) There is no minimum time,..if you only have 2 hours, then go for it!!
2) Winner is calculated on length,..not weight!
3) Best 5 fish (bass only), 12" or over. The LONGEST fish total wins! Measure to the nearest 1/4".
4) Honor system will be used,..if anyone is THAT hard up that they would cheat in something like this,..then just tell me now and I will declare you the winner! Rolling Eyes
5) Fishing from shore is okay too!
6) Photograghs are optional,..but encouraged. If possible each of the bigger fish 16" and up would be photographed against a clearly visible ruler.
7) You can fish with or without a partner,..but all results will be for the individuals! And if you want to use your fish from a regular tourney in this contest too, that's fine,..just remember to measure their lengths.
8 ) All fish must be caught legally in CT on artificial lures.
9) Post your 5 best lengths and total them up! Post them in this thread by the end of Monday, to be considered in the contest!
10) Optional but appreciated, would be details about how the fish were caught!
11) There is no penalty for not fishing,..and it's more fun to see who's involved beforehand, so please register by replying in this thread, if you think you might be going out!
12) Weekend = anytime from midnight on Friday until midnight on Sunday

i may get 45 minutes of fishing in before heading off to pa for the weekend.

i noticed ct fish only count... i may put an entry in for my pa fish for kicks... not expecting any changes in my fishing output at this pond (duck harbor).

ctfishtalk, i believe there is a cabela's on the west side of allentown, on rte 78, on the hill on the right, before you get to the rte 100 exit. i pass it on my way to reading.

Mark, I'll be fishing Saturday (8/4) if my wife still hasn't had the baby, but I'm sure I won't be out there 8 hours. Is it okay to enter a day that is only 4 or 5 hours?

Just to clarify, do you only want pictures of fish over 16" if possible or do you want pictures of all fish if possible, but definitely the ones over 16".

Great idea by the way.

The pics are optional,..but most folks like to see the bigger ones, so that's why I suggested the 16" thing. Since the whole thing is on the honor system anyways,..I wouldn't bother getting out the camera with anything under 16!
(I just don't think anyone's gonna get too excited over seeing a 13" bass! Wink )

You can count the fish for a time-span of UP TO 8 continuous hours anytime during the weekend,..but there is no minimum on the time that you fish!

ps: Best wishes for the new child!...I think you'd better get all the fishing in that you can before it comes!! Laughing
