Kayak fished West Hill Pond sunday with my brother, cousin and nephew. Slow day for bass for all of us. near sunset trolled my way thru the middle of lake to the west shore with the intention of fishing that shore to the boat launch. Ended up hooking this beast. took it to launch for measuring, weighing, pictures and to let it go. 25" long, 19.5" girth and 9lb'ish on my cheap spring scale

Very nice bass. And to think people tend to call it a trout and kokane lake.
That big boy's been eating well.
There's some big small mouths in there as well.
