Quantum PT Smoke or Shimano Chronarch 200E

I really can't decide, but I must say I am leaning toward the Shimano. Confused

I have the Tour KVD and Catalyst Inshore as well as a Shimano Curado and Citica. Like them all, but have found in dealing with 2 Cabo warranty issues, you are dealing with Zebco and customer service folks used to complaints about Wallyworld reels. Took quite a while to work up the chain of command for what should have been straight forward. Just got a third Quantum reel back from JBs as it was just out of warranty. Just a consideration.

Still partial to Shimano for customer service.
