hi everyone, I have a question about Batterson park pond where it states that gas engines are prohibited, that mean that I can launch my bass boat and only use my trolling motor? Also anyone have any tips on this pond since I might frequent this place since I'm only 10 minutes away from here do to my busy schedule.

Yes, you may use your bass boat at Batterson Park Pond, as long as you do not use your gasoline-powered outboard motor. Here's an old discussion thread regarding this type of issue:

I haven’t fished it, recently, but have gotten a couple of five-plus pound largemouth bass and some keeper walleye out of there in the past.

However, I wouldn’t drive up from Shelton just to fish there.

It’s nice to see that they’re still doing well in there. It was easier for me to find fish there when I had a fish finder on my kayak. The outside weedline was really good. Now, I have trouble seeing it.
