They needed a human baby and an experiment to prove that vision and fear are related? My turtle won't even walk off the edge of the bed, and he's a freaking turtle. He looks down, thinks about the consequences for a while, looks down again, then slowly backs away. He'll check the entire perimeter like this every foot or so, in search of a safe way to the floor. Koopa is extremely smart for a turtle though....most of them would probably go flying over the edge. I bet the babies who don't notice the drop are the same ones that get involved with politics & backyard wrestling.
