The Tournament Force Bass club had our tournament on Bashan today. Some couldn't make it because of their schedules and they missed a nice day on the water. We all got our limits and caught plenty of shorts.

7am - 2pm
Air Temps: Hot, must have been at least mid-80's.
Water Temps: 75 to start and 77 at the end.
Conditions: Moslty cloudy, but enough sun peaking through to get some color.
Wind: Calm 0-5 max.

1st: Ryan Adams (me) 14lbs 8oz. (5lbs 1oz Lunker)
2nd: Mark Konarski (Just4Fun) 9lbs 8oz.
3rd: AJ Maxwell (LargeFry) 5lbs 1oz.
4th: Dave Van Allen 4lbs 11oz.

I caught most of my fish on a dropshot in 12-18 fow. But picked up a few fish on a reddish brown wacky rig and a green/brown jig. Big fish was caught around weeds/rocks in 14' of water on the dropshot. The only dropshot bait I used was Findbass' Dropshot Shad.

Yeah Chris they do look similar. Good size head, nice length, but no girth.
