After nearly 40 years of work, I'm finally going to live my dream... To catch up on ALL the fishing I've put off, missed,or just couldn't do because of one thing or another:
Bass fishing on Candlewood on WEEKDAYS!
Likewise pursuing walleyes on squantz from my kayak...and LMs on Ball Pond. ..nynphs & streamers on Housy...and of course alders and August white flies...Stripers from yak and from buddies boat in the Race.
Fluke & blackfish forays...surf fishing South County in a nor'easter...Browns from Oak Orchard and steelies in Pulaski...Winter trip down south... Very Happy

Good luck with your retirement. God knows you've earned it after 40 years!

Congrats and welcome. Your post makes me wish I was close to retirement or back in high school.
