				|
 |
				| Hi All! This is a re-post on chumming I made from last season

 Hi Guys!

OK! Where this is legal to do

Here's some tricks (I learned from some Old-Timers) to attract fish during various periods of ice fishing.

 1. Drop some chum (chopped-up dead minnows or old bait) down the ice hole.

 2. I break up small and cook up some Ramen noodles (No seasoning), then scent it with, shrimp or smelt or anise or garlic fishing scent.
The noodles will sink slowly dispersing the scent.
Plus the noodles look like waxies/mousies/spikes as they sink and fish can digest the noodles. Doesn't plug up their innards like corn can.

 3. In an old onion bag, put a rock in it -> then some chum -> then a couple of alkaseltzer tablets -> more chum -> then send it down a hole, on a line, (the depth you think or know the fish are at) about 10 ft. from the hole your fishing.
The chum scent will attract the fish and so will the alkaseltzer bubbles as they rise.

 Have fun

				| I like to use bacon and fresh tears. When you lower the bacon into the water, make sure your tears fall directly into the hole, as the sound of remorse hitting the water is what actually attracts the fish. Don't bother using artificial tears unless regret, hunger, or sorrow is listed as an active ingredient. _________________

				| Hi pP1!
For Pike -> Mix the noodles with well mushed up Mackerel or Sardines in oil or get some Cod Liver Oil.
 Those work very well
