Now that I know how to post photos, I can show why I like to catch and release largemouth bass. Here's a 17-inch, 2 lb 11 oz bass that I caught on the north end of Spring Pond on 05/16:



And here's an 18-inch, 2 lb 14 oz bass that I caught on the south end of Spring Pond on 05/21:



If you look closely at the pattern of the scales on the sides of both fish, you'll see that it's the same fish!

I can't wait to catch it again next year!

I fished Spring Pond for a week straight and kept on catching the same sized fish in the same spots, so I decided to check my photos. The two that matched weren't the two that I expected. They were different sizes and from different spots.

I take fish photos with my old, VGA resolution cellphone camera. I'm planning to buy a decent waterproof camera, so I can take better photos and maybe even some movies.
