Hi steve12392!
See my post I made about Burr on Dec. 19 -> 6 " ice then.
Went by Friday 12/31/10 -> Burr covered by 12-14" of snow. Very difficult walking.
Parking lot and boat ramp not plowed 
Short road to beach area not plowed
Went by again today. 1/1/11
With yesterday and todays warm weather snow cover had turned to deep slush.
Wx report says it is suppose to rain tonight and tomorrow -> with temps above freezing
Would not advice going out on any ice "anywhere " till we get a couple of days of good cold temps. Ice should again be reliable by this Wed. or Thursday.
