| I know they are abundant in the marsh during warm months. Do they stick around anywhere in the winter??? If not, are there any other baitfish around that i could catch in a conventional minnow pot??? Thinking of picking some up and hitting the saugatuck river in westport to try for any searun trout while i have bait on the bottom for tommy cod which I'm also going to try for. Thanks.... |

they are in the mud. and generally don't pot well until mid to late spring.
