| Talked to my buddy today who has a camp on mt tom. He said as of yesterday most of it only has 2 inches. Not safe yet. |

and yet Bantam had 7 inches on sat morning, strange being that its just 1 1/2 miles away,

| That's because it has a lot of springs in it and it is always windy which prevents it from locking up |

| Last I new you could by permit which I thought you can obtain at the Thomaston town hall. May have changed though not sure? |
