Depending on where you live in the state, I am sure you have recently found at least once lake pond or res that has started to get a nice clear coat of ice.
Again depending on where you live.... You will not see that ice turn cloudy and melt away.
south western CT will see sunny to partly sunny days from tomorrow - wednsday
highs between 40º and 45º (most of the lows under 32º)
