Hi,

Well I just checked the NOAA weather site.
Upper wind reports and Surface Temp Prediction Charts @ or below 32 F.

Once we get past this Sat and Sun 2 day cold spell -> Which will probably do nothing to form any decent ice! -> That's it Exclamation -> The Last Hoorah for this ice season. -> All the predictions for the rest of the month and into March show temps @ or above 40 F.

GOD and Mother Nature where not kind to us ice fishermen this year!

I just got started ice fishing last year and was amped up to do it this year. Never had local ice Sad
Same thing happened when i was a kid. Tried ice fishing and got amped up for it the next year and we didn't get ice.
Gave up on it then , giving up on it now.

Sorry about the no ice for guys but since my budget has gotten knocked way off canter due to this economy and a 10% cut in pay Im all for this new style winter! With my poorly insulated house I must have saved 2or possibly 3 tank fulls of oil this winter over previous ones! Hopefully all this warmer weather will get the normal fishing on track sooner this year!!!!

I agree with FishFinder, just moved down in fall, and would like to get back to getting to know the area.
