Are canoes and kayaks allowed at Black Rock Pond in Watertown? I see in the Angler's Guide it says "All Vessels Prohibited", but I'm not sure if that includes canoes and kayaks.

The lower pond is off limits to any type of boat, but if you go 2 miles up the road behind the dam, you can drop a canoe/kayak in. That pond also has sizeable trout and largemouth. I live walking distance to the lower pond. It's to small for boats anyway, especially when there are guys lined up around 3/4 of the place.

Other than largemouths and trout at the bigger lake, anything else in there Bdiggy, such as YP, CB, SMB, and CP?

Pickerel, yes. The other 3 I have never seen or heard of coming out of there, but I don't spend a lot of time up there either.
