Here is my best catch from my first day out this year on Dayton Pond. 
I got it on a Rapala Yellow Perch Shake Bait...which I lost later on and underwater snag

Nice catch!
I'm big into Rapalas and have never heard of a Shake Bait.
Sure it wasn't any Dives To or Shad Rap series lure? |

| Nice catch. It must be a combination of the Rapala and those flashy pants that attracted the fish. |

| Yes, you do. Great start to a new season. I hope to get out next weekend. I'm going to try a crank bait first followed by suspending jerk baits and then experiment from there. Good luck to all in 2012! |
