Hi ts1,

They've stocked the Farmington River and the river rules have changed for this year!
Check the Angler's Guide.
Right now the river is catch and release !
So take your choice -> anywhere you go should be good!

Hi ts1,

Didn't I say "anywhere" on the river should be good.
As has been stated a number of times by many here -> The DEEP will not say when they exactly stock Exclamation

Go on the DEEP web site -> They now show maps where they stock -> BUT not WHEN Exclamation

Fished rioverton last Thursday and there are fresh fish there. There is now a 21 mile TMA up there from the damn down. All C&R right now and plenty of fish to be had. AS Seadog said, the entire river is stocked. Oh and it will be CROWDED!!!! especially with the nice weather lately. Good luck and post a report
