 Thanks to you, too, fishinschmoe. I've never been to West Twin and would love to check it out. I'd also love to climb the goat path down to the smelt next Winter. That's you, right?

 Yeap! I love smelt fishing, but the goat path at Colebrook Res. is just too much for my old knees!
 
 So I do most of my winter smelt fishing in Massachusetts where I don't have to climb up or down hills.
 
 I usually go to Onota Lake and Littleville Res. as the deep water is just off the boat ramps.
