Hello all, I am 28 have been fishing for a long time but this year have been taking it a little more seriously. I have always wanted to fish on a boat so this year I bought a fishing boat and have not turned back... the only issue I am having is when your fishing on shore your always saying man I would love to fish this place with a boat....now I cant think of any places to fish on a boat by me that is worth the trip lol... But anyway my buddy and I go every weekend fish a combo of live/rubber baits on spinner rods and any tips and tricks are always welcomed and look forward to talking with all...

Thanks
Glenn

Too funny Glen. Welcome! I went through the same thing when I sold my boat and fished from shore for a couple years. This year I bought a canoe and rigged it up pretty well, but now I'm a newbie looking for places I can fish on the paddle. Just take it slow and have a blast. Lots of info here. I learn from these guys every post. It's a really decent bunch of guys here. What area are you from? That would help with suggestions.
