Fished quonni from about 1:30 till 6PM. The weather was hot and the fishing was not! Confused
I fished a jig, tube, creature, DS and swimbait for a lonnngg time without a bite. Finally I got one on the swimbait by sitting shallow, casting out to deeper water (~25ft),..letting it fall all the way to the bottom and then slowly hopping it back up the slope. I picked up two fish that way and then one dink on the dropshot,...that was it for the day. The swimbait fish were 2.0 and 4.25,..here's the big one (kinda skinny,..shoulda been a lot heavier for that size of fish!):

Mark you fish that place so much the bass were running away from your bait because they can sense the Konarski scent! Very Happy Can't expect to kill'em all the time.

I love that lake but I still think its a waste during the day mark, unless you hit it when its nice and cloudy/overcast. I never do good with the dropshot there, unless were talking trout.

Yet you allways hit um good there mark! Great stuff as usual!
