3 pound taylor blue baked in the oven! Can't resist that fishy flavor!!! YUM!!!!

If I were to list any others that I admire very much, I'd say fluke, rainbow trout, and brook trout. Haven't eaten blackfish and porgy.

Shellfish I go crazy for at well known seafood restaurants, like a bucket of steamers and Jimmy's of Savin Rock!

Trout, walleye, and perch!! I had smoked striper and it was really good too! I dont think i could pick favorites!
