Hey, thanks, Brian. I was thinking of picking up another digital scale. Last week, Kira and I weighed the lunker largemouth bass four times; twice on my Berkley digital scale and twice on her Berkley digital gripper scale. We got two pounds, 15 ounces all four times! Surprised I guess that I shouldn't be surprised, since they're both Berkley scales. I'm a little bit compulsive about wanting to know that I have an accurate weight for the fish I release, so I'd like to have a second scale on my boat.

I received my scale in the mail, yesterday:

Although I have yet to see how the scale functions, I love the new compact design, which includes a keeper on the back for the scale's hook. It also takes two AAA batteries, instead of button cells, which I like, although the batteries are not included.

Thanks, again, Brian.

I wish this was for a gripper scale not a hook scale. I dont like the hook i feel it stresses the fish out too much, might just be me though.
