I went up to hamden a couple times. Had great luck with a Blue Fox and caught 6 fish, one being at least 20 inches. It's a little late in the season, they have been caught a lot more and gotten a lot smarter. But I still think you have a chance if you go at the right time and use the right lure.

Late in the season? I fish Mill River all the time including the summer months and still kill it more times than not. It's never too "late" to catch trout there. They also stock the heck out of it.
