Yellow eyed devil aka bluefish...tasty if you remove the blood lines between the filet and the skin, 99% of people don't prefer the fishy taste that the blood lines will leave. I prepared a lime, cilantro, and jalapeno blue fish this summer that was delicious. Give it a try. Filet the fish, remove the skin, you will find the blood lines that collect contaminants and oil, and carve out away like extra fat on meat.
