| Was intended to get on the ice at 8am but once I woke up saw my dad passed out on the couch I decided to sleep for two more hours and got out on the ice at 11. Plopped a tip up in and in about 15 mins got a flag, had some weight to it and some good headshakes but lost "it" by the hole. Could guess all day on what it was but I think bass. Later on my dad jigged a sunny and I got a 1 1/2lb bass on a tipup. Left at 2:30pm. We couldn't find our usual spot due to bad water clarity. Cant wait til my Lowrance elite 4x ice machine to come sometime next week. Ice was upper 3 inches towards the middle and about 4 1/2'' everywhere else. The snow made a nice sloppy mess once you punched a hole. Probably heading to squantz next weekend in hopes for walleye or trout if the weather can make some more ice. |

Was i any where near your spot(s)
I forgot to tell you how it flooded after each hole.
I dont know which was worst walking through the flood or trying to walk through the slop.
Well i guess we all didnt do so well.
Next time the camera and vexlar will be in the water

| You were in the area but I'm not 100% sure where the spot was cause I couldn't find it. Next weekend will be a lot better. |

I was out sunday as well. Hit Kenosia with 5inches everywhere i drilled. Was slow but got some nice fish.
