Sounds like a damn good time.

Its a shame those that don't have a boat cant enjoy the camaraderie.

Sounds like a great day. How was the launch ramp? When I drove to the ramp about a week ago to check the ice conditions, it looked like there were a couple concrete slabs blocking the bottom of the ramp. I didn't go down the ramp and check it out though. Just saw it from the upper parking lot.

It was a tough one but I think the tree stump in the upper lot caught a few by surprise.

Coastieyaker..I did try a couple years ago to draw boaters with non boaters and it didn't work..I did try..there wasn't enough interest and it was becoming hard to get an even number of boaters and non boaters

Nories,
I appreciate the effort very much.

The tournaments that you and Mase are putting on look like a blast.

Last year, I was super frustrated at my bad timing because both tournaments Mase put on were conflicts with my schedule.

And as bad luck would continue, I cant make the first one of this year that he is putting on.

I am strongly contemplating on putting some on myself, using the successful formula you guys have both used,

I am going to throw the idea of a monthly yak get together and see what people think,.

thanks again and tight lines

Coastieyaker..I saw you at silver last Saturday ..I was in the blue Skeeter..we were pulling out when you were putting in..you were on the phone..I recognize your yak..you will do well with yak get togethers on this sight..it seems there are more yaks than bass rigs..just call deep and ask for Bill Foreman..and see what lakes are open..then ask him for a permit..the tournys I do..are fun tournys..but we do a weigh in..i put on these fun ones when I have open times from other tournys

Nories,
Thanks for the input.

Its pretty funny you saw me when I was on my phone. My wife had just called me to say our septic system was acting up as soon as a left for Silver.

Needless to say, you saw me taking an ear full from my better half!!
