Two of my friends were fishing the Niantic River this past Sat. & Sun. and nailed 42 stripers between them. In fact the fishing was so good they both left work early today at 10:00 to be on the water by high tide.

Anyone else catching them there?

Now that RichZ has declared the striper bite in the lower Housatonic River to be dead, I've been dying to check out other rivers, especially the Thames River. Your friends will probably be pissed that you posted this, but thanks. Wink

Hey Phil! Today, tomorrow and Fri are shot for me to head north. I'll be off next Went, Thurs and Friday and possibly another ten days past that. I'll get in touch with you during the week.

Tight Lines my friend.
