Went out of Stamford Harbor Sunday for what looks like my last blackfish trip of the year. Left dock @ 11am in prep to fish the outgoing. Had one nice keeper within 5 min of dropping then nothing. Moved out to about 30FOW and the tide really started to run around 12:30pm. Had to upgrade to some 2 oz jigs to even think about holding. But moving to deeper water paid off. Nonstop bite until about 4pm when we decided to call it. Alot of shorts mixed in, but we were able to get a 5, 6, a few 8's, and 9.42 pounder. That double digit fish still eludes me... until next Spring.

I got some GoPro footage as well, but still havn't quite figured out the editing part yet.
