Been many years since I've been to Watch Hill, RI - is there parking there for surf fishing?

I haven't been there in 3-4 years, but since no one else has answered, I'll give it a try. There is a parking area in the center of Watch Hill off Bay Ave. From there you can walk the spit of land to Napatree Point or walk up Larkin Rd., past the Taylor Swift house (do not slow down here; I saw a woman get rousted), to the beach access path. You can also walk Lighthouse Rd. to the lighthouse, but I think beach access is tough because of the rocks.

Note that this is out of season only. Limited during the summer, but I don't remember how. Street signs on Google maps say 2 hr. limit.
