One of the places near his house is most likely iced over but, not safe

Another week some of the smaller bodies of water in Putnam May have safe ice. Have not been by white pond to check ice, usually gets it first. I am looking out the window on peach lake right now , hope we get ice here and Putnam lake soon to go after the big perch and crappie.

Left my girlfriends this morning and peach lake is almost locked, though wind today will stop that and may open more areas. Sodom has open areas and is as low as a swimming pool. I drove by Sanford pond on the new city land across from the exit 1 park and ride and was froze over in Danbury.

Kenosia lake by mall looked all locked up, not much snow on top so that should freeze nice! Be nice to do some close to home fishing soon.

Big browns would be west branch, we killed em last season on there.

Glenida also, with a nice laker thrown in. If they get good ice.

Sorry finally got on the site! Ball Pond had ice but no mas! We're gonna have to wait for at least three weeks of teens at night to recoup. Put lake was locked but is now unsafe. My first bodies of ice to hit this year will be Bantam for the biggies and Mt Tom for the salmon. Ball Pond is great for the Huge largemouth and the rainbows too.

Merry Christmas to all of you guys.

See yas out there when possible. PM me if yas ever want to freeze out there with me. I will go every weekend once safe to do so.
