Bluegill and Crappie like crazy. The turtles were killing live bait and the weeds were thick! Though last night I went to Kenosia with friends from around 7 to 11pm. I couldnt get a fish to bite off a lure or plastics cause the weeds/lillies and skipping a weedless frog over the lillies wasnt much success. My friend was using a bobber, hook and worm and was getting fish after fish. We all switched up and I caught a small LMB and a bunch of sunnies while one of my friends got a small rock bass, a small LMB and sunnies. The other got a few Smallies a bunch of sunnies and a 12 inch catfish just after sundown. We went till we were out of worms and the fish were biting all night. For the lack of larger fish it was still a great night.
