I thought jesterjackson was going to post but hasn't made up here yet. He can't make it because of a club tourney we have to make up.

Too bad,..
We had a good day on the Moo today,..
Beautiful day and everyone caught fish,..just that they were all cookie cutter 1-lbers so far. Johnny Skeeter and I have the bag-to-beat at a whopping 3lbs 8 ounces (3-fish),..while Nick & Zorro had 3lbs 4ounces for their 3 fish! Hoping that the "big-bite" turns on for tomorrow,...but we'll have to wait & see!

Well Nick and his brother took the tourney today. 3 fish for 5lbs-1oz,..so congrats to them!

Although we gave it a try with this format,..I think it caused more troubles than it's worth,..so this will be the last of the two-day tournies and we'll stick with the standard 1-day events in the future! Cool

Thanks for having me in the boat today. The bite was much better when it was cool, overcast and windy today. You'd think it was a mid summer pattern.

Also, it was good to meet Nick and his little bro. Congrats on the win.

what were the tourny results?
was able to hit another local pond with my son on sunday. was real tough fishing with the wind in the kayaks.

Brutal. I fished my butt off in the morning with 2 pickerel to show for it.. We both found fish stacked ina cove but there were alot of short strike and didnt get my first keeper till 10 or so. Culled him and caught 4 other bass out of another cove off of beaver dens. Missed 1fish in the 2-3lb class and a rat in the same spot.
