My buddy caught 2 5 plus lb largemouth on Saturday! I didn't believe him so I took the 2 minute drive down to the lake with my 3 year old daughter. It was her first time on the ice so she was a bit apprehensive.
They were huge slabs! They had the Put Lake bacteria disease (the black spots). This guy eats anything and being that it was his first time fishing Put Lake he had no clue that even the locals won't eat anything out of that water! I told him not to but he did anyways. Really nice fish though.
