Thanks for the update, Jared. Glad to hear he's stable. Thanks to others for the kind words. Damien's a good man and I was lucky enough to share the boat with him a few times! Very much looking forward to seeing you all out there.

Hey guys! This is senkos wife. He is still at the hospital but is still slowly recovering hopefully he will be off to rehabilitation in a week or so. Today I was in with him and my sister brought her lap top and we logged on ctfishtalk and he was so excited he starred at the screen and I read some posts for him. I think it really brightened his day to be able to check out this site. I wanted to let you guys know that his parents friends at the maple grove club in rockville are putting on a benifit dinner for him. It is in Oct. 24 at the maple grove club at 3pm. Tickets are $15 a person if any one is interested we will have tickets at the weigh in at the touirnament. I dont want anyone to feel obligatd to buy a ticket you guys are already doing more than enogh!! Thank you guys for everything!!!!

Thanks for the update Greeny, glad to hear he is on the mend. If for some reason Pointing dog and I can't make the Tournament on Candlewood, can we just show up at the Maple Grove Club and pay at the door, or do we need to buy tickets ahead of time?

Is the Maple grove club the one on the hill just north of the center of Rockville?

hey guys i just wanted to let everyone know i went and saw senko today and he is doing well. he is now stable enough that they are going to be moving him to a rehabilitation center within the next day or so. when he gets there they will start working with him on getting his functions back. he is still making small strides everyday. thanks again everyone.

slimecoat i'm not positive about the tickets at the door thing but i'm sure you will be.able to. it's not the club you are thinking of though. to get to the maple grove club you would turn off of rt. 83 onto rt. 74 at the old clyde chevrolet dealer. then take a right at the light by shaws and it is just up the street on the left.
